This is the license agreement for SPECTRAfx. It is written to be read, not to intimidate. If anything here is unclear, email us before you buy.
One purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive license to install and use SPECTRAfx for making music and audio, commercial or otherwise. The license covers both the macOS and Windows versions and may be active on up to two of your machines at once. You can deactivate a machine from inside the plugin to free a seat and move to a new computer.
You may not resell, share, sublicense, or otherwise redistribute the plugin or your license key. You may not attempt to circumvent the license system or modify the software, except where the law where you live expressly permits it. The plugin remains the property of Arknet Audio; you own your license, not the code.
The free demo is the full plugin with periodic silence gaps in the output. You may use it as long as you like to evaluate SPECTRAfx. Audio produced with the demo is yours, silence gaps and all.
All 1.x updates are free. Your existing download link always delivers the current version. Major future versions may be a paid upgrade; if so, that will be stated plainly at the time.
If something does not work, email support@arknetaudio.com and we will fix it or make it right. Since the demo lets you hear the entire product before paying, refunds are handled case by case rather than automatically.
SPECTRAfx is provided as is. We test carefully, but we cannot promise it is free of defects or fit for any particular purpose, and Arknet Audio is not liable for damages arising from its use to the maximum extent the law allows. Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, and their terms also apply to the transaction itself.
